Rai Bahadur Sohan Lal (1939-1954)

He was founding father and founder Principal of the college. He incepted the college as Sohan Lal Training College for Women in 1939 at Lahore and rehabilitated at Ambala City in 1954. He handed over this college to DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi for its better growth & development.
