Has been a Science graduate of Kurukshetra University, he is M.A.(English), B.Ed., M.Ed. and Ph.D. Stood 2^nd in University in M.Ed. and 5^th in University in B.Ed. class. Got Ph.D. in Education from Kurukshetra University under the guidance of Prof. C.L. Kundu, Ex-Vice-Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and an educationist of international eminence. Has been a National Merit Scholarship Holder also.
